REFERENCE POLICY

References to the INCOSAI shall be provided in any prepared materials, the source of the information shall be specified and/ or link to the official site of the INCOSAI www.incosai2019.ru shall be given, if it is the source, with a view to ensure that the information on public events, obtained on the official site and/or any information and/or handout materials of the XXIII INCOSAI (hereinafter referred to as the “INCOSAI”), and also in case of public dissemination of statements and/or distribution of the INCOSAI participants’ photos is used and distributed legally. Any amendments, additions or misrepresentation of the copied (quoted) information are forbidden.

Deliberately false or distorted information on behalf of/with a reference to the INCOSAI organizers will be legally prosecuted.

The media personnel shall inform citizens and officials participating in the INCOSAI, when asking them for information, about any audio and video taping, filming and shooting.

Radio/Television— any story or interview recorded at the INCOSAI venue shall contain a reference to the INCOSAI (statement, text (voice/captions) or emblem/logo).

Print media/Online publication — any article or interview written during and/or as a follow-up to the INCOSAI shall contain a reference to the INCOSAI (hyperlink/text or emblem/logo).

Photos — any photos made at the INCOSAI venue shall contain a reference to the INCOSAI as part of the image or signature (text or emblem/logo).

Blogs/social media —if the materials published on the Internet (blogs, social media, etc.) use official information received as a result of the participation in the INCOSAI and quote statements of the INCOSAI participants (quotations shall be made upon their personal consent), they shall contain only proven facts and a reference to the INCOSAI (text or emblem/logo).

The INCOSAI organizers are not liable for statements of bloggers or social media users. The INCOSAI organizers state that they reserve the right to use the texts of articles and photo and video materials received or produced by the media personnel in the course of the preparation for/ during the INCOSAI events, with a reference to the authors of these materials.
